Is BandQuill really free?
Yes — the Free plan is free forever for up to 4 members and 2 crew, with the calendar, availability polls, setlists, checklists and practice log. Upgrade when you need gig sheets, money tools or more people.
Do my crew and deps pay?
Never. Plans are per band, not per person. Everyone you invite — members, deps, sound engineers, lighting techs, electricians, drivers — gets their own free login.
Can I hide the fee from deps and crew?
That’s the default. Deps and crew only see the gigs they’re booked on and never the band’s fee — you can change any role’s access, area by area.
Does it work on a phone in a basement venue?
It installs to your home screen like an app, and gig sheets you’ve opened stay readable offline — handy when there’s no signal backstage.
What do our clients see?
Each booking gets a private client page with the timings, who’s playing, the setlist and their invoice — and a form for song requests and first-dance details.
